“It is going through different ways to move our body, but safely,” said owner Drolet.

Drolet said he is a fan of the TV show, in which contestants attempt to complete several obstacle that get very difficult.

He even tried to appear on the show, but that aim was not fulfilled because it is only open to Americans. So instead, he helped to start a ninja league in Canada, where he has competed in many places.

He stated he was invited to the world finals in Las Vegas but could not attend due to COVID-19 restrictions.

“I love the competition. I love the athletes, and the one thing with this sport is every one’s included in it,” he said.

To share that love for this new sport, Drolet offers programs for children as young as 3 and adults of all ages.

Their new upgraded space in Coniston will start in the new year, but Drolet is offering classes at his present space, along Sudbury’s Lorne Street.
